Items are sent via Royal Mail and we offer two options. For those in no rush, there is standard 2nd Class Mail and for those in more of a hurry, we offer Tracked 48 too. International orders are sent via International Standard mail. This is not trackable. If you require an item tracked internationally, there is an option, but it is not cheap.

We offer a discount on combined P&P which is applied by using the “Add To Basket” option when choosing the cards you wish to purchase.

The order will be sent in a heavy cardboard mailer to fully protect it.

We will replace anything damaged or lost in transit, however all sales are final and returns are not accepted.

We also appreciate that some people may come up with a funny tag line or want to add their own personal comment to the card. For a small extra fee, we can remove the standard text and replace it with something meaningful for you.

Once you have purchased this option. Use the contact form or email us at grumpygitcards@outlook.com , advising us of the text changes you wish to make.

We will then, within 48 hours, send you an image file of the redesigned card for your approval.

We do not change or add text to the inside of the cards. We feel this is best as a personal handwritten message.

Nor do we make changes to images.
