Items Damaged In Transit
We all appreciate that couriers sometimes bend things, drop things and just completely destroy items. It is an unfortunate reality of selling online.
99% of all items arrive intact, however, should your item get damaged in transit, contact us within 7 days of delivery, provide a photograph of the damage and we will immediately send a replacement.
My Item Has Not Arrived
We ask customers to be patient and sometimes, especially if items are sent via 2nd Class Mail, items can take up to a week to be delivered during busy periods.
If after 10 days from ordering, your item has not shown up, get in touch and we will investigate. If the item is genuinely lost, we will ship a replacement.
I Have Changed My Mind and Want To Return My Item
All of our cards are printed to order and as such are bespoke. Whereas we will replace damaged items and those lost in transit, we cannot refund orders for any other reason.
